CAUSE/ CORRECTIVE ACTION / COMMENTS

' NARRATIVE REPORT At 0002 on 931115, with the unit operating at 100% reactor power, the unit was ramped to 15% reactor power to investigate a low level alarm on 2A RCP upper oil reservoir. Oil was added to the upper reservior, the alarm was cleared, and the unit was returned to 100% power at 0509 on 981116.
