CAUSE/ CORRECTIVE ACTION / COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT At 1700 on 981016 the unit was ramped down and taken offline at 0048 on 981017 for the fifteenth refueling outage. On 981018 the unit entered mode 5 and on 981026 the core unload was complete.
Baffle Former Bolt replacement in progress along with other normal outage activities.
