009 V60820~F 0 D 4"9610(Mili)TJC HS At 1845 on 960620, with the unit in mode 1 operating at 100% reactor power, the unit began a ramp down due to entry into Technical Specification (TS) 3.0.3 action statement as a result of not meeting all surveillance requirements for the manual safety injection input into the reactor protection system. The ramp down was stopped at 75% reactor power and TS 3.0.3 was exited after an enforcement discretion was granted by the NRC, pending a one time TS change for the current operating cycle.
The unit returned to 100% reactor power at 0100 on 960621.
