e t Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Unit 1 l Narrative Summary of Operations June 1996 At 1800 on June 16,1996, with the unit operating in mode 1 at 100% reactor power, the unit was ramped down to 55% reactor power to repair the Main Generator Terminal Bus Cooling Fan.

All repairs were completed and the unit was retumed to 100% reactor power at 0727 on June 17,1996.

! June 1996 At 1845 on June 20,1996, with the unit operating in mode 1 at 100% reactor power, the unit began a ramp down due to entry into Technical Specification (TS) -

3.0.3 action statement as a result of not meeting all surveillance requirements for the reactor protection system. The ramp down was stopped at 75% reactor power I and TS 3.0.3 was exited after an enforcement discretion was granted by the NRC. )

The unit was returned to 100% reactor power at 0100 on June 21,1996.

The ramp down was stopped at 75% reactor power and TS 3.0.3 was exited after an enforcement discretion was granted by the NRC, pending a one time TS change for the current operating cycle.

The unit returned to 100% reactor power at 0100 on 960621.
