i NARRATIVE REPORT At 1813 on 980211, with the unit operating at 100% reactor power, the unit was ramped to 24% reactor power to replace a electronic card in the controls of the 'B' Main Feedwater Reg Bypass Valve Controller. Repair wr-bompleted and the unit was returned to 100% reactor power at 1135 on 980212.
