CAUSE/ CORRECTIVE ACTION / COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT At 1304 on 980429, with the unit operating at 100% reactor power, the unit was ramped to 80% reactor power to repair a cooler leak in the 1 A Condensate Pump Motor. The cooler was repaired and the lower motor bearing replaced. The unit was returned to 100% reactor power at 1755 on 980430.
