CAUSE/ CORRECTIVE ACTION / COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT The unit was ramped down and taken offline at 0106 on 980328 for the twelfth refueling outage. After the reactor was shutdown, control rod K-2 dropped due to a blown fuse in a rod control cabinet and the reactor trip breakers were opened to insert the remaining control rods.
