CAUSE/ CORRECTIVE ACTION / COMMENTS.

NARRATIVE REPORT On 990101 at 0001 the Unit was on hold at 48Io power following a Normal Refueling Outage.

On 990103 at 2000 the Unit achieved 100% power.

On 990109 at 0300 the Unit was ramped down to 52% power to repair a Main Generator Isophase Bus Duct Cooling Unit Fan Bearing. The Unit returned to 100% power on 990109 at 2205.

II-Other (Explain) i CAUSE/ CORRECTIVE ACTION / COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT On 990113 at 0501 the Unit was ramped dovmT80% power to make repairs to an off site transmission line.

On 990113 while at 79% power the 2A Reheat Swp Valve failed to reopen during governor valve testing. The valve was repaired and the Unit was returned to 100% power on 990114 at 2110.
