The intent of this letter is to inform you that, due to the extent of this problem, we have not been able to complete our reportability evaluation on this matter. It is anticipated that the field investigation of this problem will be completed by April 1, 1982, and the reportability evaluation will be completed by May 1,1982, at which time the NRC will be informed of the results of our evaluation.
