This is to confirm the August 14, 1986 telephone conversation between Mr. K. V. Ilate' (CP&L) and Mr. L. Mellen.
Mr. Mellen was informed that the June 23, 1986 potentially reportable item, pertaining to the foreign objects in the B and C Steam Generators, has been evaluated and is considered not to be reportabic per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and 10CFR, Part 21.
