Dear Ken Peters:

By letter dated June 21, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML24173A014 (not publicly available, personally identifiable information), Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo, the licensee) submitted an exemption request from the requirement of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 55.55(b),

Expiration, for a particular Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, licensed operator listed in a ttachment 2 of the June 21, 2024, letter.

By letter dated June 25, 2024 (ML24177A150; not publicly available, personally identifiable information), Vistra OpCo requested to withdraw the exemption request and the associated operator license renewal application from U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review.

The NRC staff activities on review of the exemption request have ceased.
