General: Please state what revision of your physical security plan you are currently using.

Please provide the CAP procedure.

1. Physical Security Requirements for ISFSI (81311) (effective date 08/01/2022)

A.

Corrective action report summaries that are any way associated with ISFSI security, from February 23, 2021, to August 26, 2024. Please provide any additional ISFSI security CRs that may be written after August 26, 2024, while I am on site.

B.

Any ISFSI Security procedure, such as: Access Authorization, Access Control, Searching, Patrolling and Surveillance programs, Equipment Testing, Lock and Key, etc.

C.

Any Lesson Plan that covers security ISFSI operations.

D.

A complete list of personnel currently authorized unescorted access into the ISFSI.

E.

Protection of Safeguards Information Procedures.
