This is to confirm that Staff members, Jai Raj Rajan and Emmett 11urphy, j will be made available for deposition by DAARE/ SAFE, pursuant to your June 29 telephone request, from 9:00 a.m. until noon on July 7 at my office in Bethesda concerning their joint affidavit on DAARE/ SAFE contention 9(a), which accompanied the June 4 Staff summary disposition motion. Their deposition is being given on a voluntary basis, in the interest of accommodation, despite the untimeliness of the deposition

request and the short advance notice provided. DAARE/ SAFE is responsible for making appropriate arrangements to retain a court reporter to transcribe

! the deposition.
