During a May 3,1985, telephone conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of my staff, you were infomed that the NRC Region III Office (Glen Ellyn, Illinois) has two computer printouts which respond to your request. By mutual agreement, these printouts will be made available to you from our Region III Office.
