Enclosed please find two copies of the Report of Changes, Tests, and Experiments Not Requiring Prior Commission Approval in accordance with Part 50.59(b) of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, for the period of January 1,1984, through January 22, 1984.

We have changed the anniversary date of this report to correspond with the submittal of our annual Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR)

Update submittal. In the past, there has been a conflict of approximately twenty-two days in the two submittals. All future reports will contain the required information pertaining to changes, tests, and experiments from January 23 through January 22, as a minimum. We will, as in the past, report any major changes performed af ter January 22, but prior to the report date, as time permits.
