Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) has. submitted an application-to license and' construct an-Independent 1 Spent Fuel Storage Installation 1(ISFSI) to store spent fuel from the Fort St. Vrain-
-Nuclear. Generating Station (Reference 1).
In Reference 2,
PSC submitted. a. Draft-Physical Security, Plan for the proposed ISFSI.
Based upon discussion with members of the NRC staff, PSC revised the 4
draft submittal.
This ' letter submits for. staff review, the Physical. Security Plan-1
-(Attachment 1) which implements those requirements that PSC believes are applicable to an ISFSI.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by _10 CFR 73.21 _and its disclosure to unauthorized
-individuals; is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of-1954, as amended. Therefore, the material, with the exception of this' letter should not be.placed in the Public Documents room.
