A-4711I INSTALL BACKUP SOURCE OF FLUSH AND COOLING WATER

-Release is tied to the performance of STP 433.

B-0285 DHS SAMPLE VALVE REPLACEMEJTS -

-Replaces valves.HV-26000, HV-26003 and HV-26004.

-Construction is complete and final functional l testing is in progress.  !

-NCR S-3179 and NCR S-3324 closures are pending closure of this ECN.

-WR 131276 is closed and release to Operations is l expected by 5/28/87. l

.R-0381 ADD CHECK VALVES TO DHS SAMPLE LINES

-Release is pending and in-service leak check of valves RSS711 and RSS712 with the RCS in hot shut down. Will be done in conjunction'with STP 433. This is to check for thru-valve leakage.

R-0424 FLUSH / DILUTION WATER DEMINERALIZER ACTION -Need to replace Conductivity Indicator CI-49601 with a model having the correct range. The ECH and l

. proposed change are being reviewed by the Design  !

Engineer.  !

Process Standards will 1e revised as soon as l STP-793 is approved. l ACTION -Revise procedure A.52 step 4.1.10.4.4 to specify the calibrated setting and not specifically 285 deg.F  ;

since they are not all set at 285. Also add a reference to the appropriate section of Process  ;

Standards.

B-0559 SCAS PANEL MODIFICATION

-Release is tied to performance of STP 433.

-FPR #1 written to replace 4 SIMPSON meters with NEWPORT meters. Revised drawings received.

-FPR #2 initiated to add "T" fittings for adding water to calibrate the level probes in V716 and V717.

-FPR #2 approved. WR 131289 written to instal.1 the fittings. Work is pending receipt of parts.  !

ACTION -The SCAS panel needs internal lighting installed.  !

-Field Problem Report (FPR) #4 was written. l ACTION -Revise Process Standards (AP.100) to incorporate instrument set points.

-Engineering Action Request (EAR) IC87-042 initiated with a due date of 6/1/87.

-Test Outline approved.

-The procedure has been reviewed by the Test Working Group (TWG). TWG approval is pending approval of AP.313-1 (PASS Operatina Procedure) revision 1.

-STP-426 records the sampling tines during the performance of AP.313-1.

-AP.313-1 draft is in progresa.

428 MEASURE VOLUMES A & B

-The procedure will be revised and reperformed.

-The' PASS design basis has been issued for the initial revien. The System Engineer reviewed the draft and provided comments to the Design Engineer.-

TRAINING

. ACTION -Provide on-the-job training for Chemistry Technicians in the use of PASS.

-Five Technicians have been selected and will i begin hands on training as soon as the Operating i Procedure (AP.313-1) is approved.

-Functional testing will be performed during the development of the operating procedure.

SPARE PARTS ACTION -Efforts have begun to develop a spare parts list. l When the list is finalized a Purchase Order will be initiated.  !

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ACTION -A Preventive Maintenance program must be developed for the appropriate PASS components.

ACTION -Ductwork must be installed to contain miscellaneous wires in the vicinity of the IGE and MCA.

-Work Request 131295 has been written to trouble shoot the dual position indication on the CRD cooling water supply valve HV-46705.
