Licensee' Event Report (LER) 89-05 was submitted on May 18. 1989, and committed to: complete additional training of personnel involved in performing work on environmentally qualified equipment. Due to tb change in plant status, we request that the original completion date for this commitment be extended to December 15, 1989 (from June 16, 1989), at which. time, this commitment will be reevaluated.
'With the plant in cold shutdown, the revised complation date for this commitment will have no impact on safety of the plant. The potential for a credible accident which will create a harsh environment for environmentally
