In accordance with Rancho Seco Permanently Defueled Technical Specification D6.9.2.2 and the guidance contained in NRC Regulatory Guide 1.16, the District  ;

submits the Rancho Seco Exposure Report (Attachment 1) for individuals who i received greater than 100 mrem during 1996. The information attached reflects that 1 no individual received greater than 100 mrem during 1996.  :

Since the individuals exposed to greater than 100 mrem during 1996 account for less than 80% of the total 1996 Rancho Seco occupational exposure, the District provides supplemental exposure information in Attachment 2. This supplemental information (1) includes all individuals monitored during 1996 in accordance with 10 CFR 20.1502 and (2) accounts for 100% of the Rancho Seco occupational exposure the District recorded in 1996.
