-Release is pending and in-service leak check of valves RSS711 and RSS712 with the RCS in hot shut down.

Will be done in conjunction'with STP 433.

This is to check for thru-valve leakage.

R-0424 FLUSH / DILUTION WATER DEMINERALIZER ACTION

-Need to replace Conductivity Indicator CI-49601 with a model having the correct range.

The ECH and l

proposed change are being reviewed by the Design Engineer.

-Work request initiated to repair the leak on the

-Functional testing will be performed during the development of the operating procedure.

SPARE PARTS ACTION

-Efforts have begun to develop a spare parts list.

l When the list is finalized a Purchase Order will be initiated.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ACTION

-A Preventive Maintenance program must be developed for the appropriate PASS components.

-Ductwork must be installed to contain miscellaneous wires in the vicinity of the IGE and MCA.

-Work Request 131295 has been written to trouble shoot the dual position indication on the CRD cooling water supply valve HV-46705.
