ACTION -Tech Spec required testing of Rad Mon R-15713 will be incorporated into existing SPs for the weekly

" CHECK" and monthly " TEST". A new SP (SP 1107) will l be created for the quarterly " CALIBRATION" (Ref Tech Spec Table 4.1-1, item 44a).

-FPR required to revise drawing M-575 Sheet 1 to l change RI-15713 to R-15713. l

-No drawing change required. Action item deleted.l A-5735 ADD PASS ION CHROMATOGRAPH ACTION -QC has inspected and signed off. Paperwork closure required. (In progress) (WR 128497)

ACTION -Table top chart recorder has been received but requires minor modifications for use with the IC.

-Release pending replacement of broken manometer.

-New manometer received (PR 10067). l Installation pending. l

-Drawing change done to build a cover for the manometer. WR 131276 written to build the cover.

R-0361 ADD CHECK VALVES TO DHS SAMPLE LINES

-MEL sheets are complete.

-Release is pending and in-service leak check of valves RSS711 and RSS712 with the RCS in hot shut down. Will be done in conjunction with STP 433. This is to check for thru-valve leakage.

R-0424 FLUSH / DILUTION WATER DEMINERALIZER ACTION -Need to replace Conductivity Indicator CI-49601 with a model having the correct range.

-Work request initiated to repair the leak on the output of Filter F-496.

R-0488 HYDROGEN ANALYZER / PASS SAMPLE LINE HEAT TRACING CHANGES

-Release is tied performance of STP-793.

AC'l' ION -Revise Process Standards (AP.100) to incorporate instrument set points.

-Engineering Action Request (EAR) IC87-012 initiated with a due date of 5/1/87.

-This item is pending calculations for the 'l acceptance criteria of STP-793 which is in l progress. l ACTION -Revise procedure A.52 step 4.1.10.4.4 to specify the calibrated setting and not specifically 285 deg.F since they are not all set at 285. Also add a reference to the appropriate section of Process Standards.

R-0559 SCAS PANEL MODIFICATION

-Release is tied to performance of STP 433.

432 GASEOUS SAMPLE TEST

-The Test Outline and procedure are approve. l

-Calibrated gas has been moved to the environmental lab for testing to establish base line data.

-WR 131280 initiated to install test "Ts" for collecting gas samples.

-Procedure performance is pending receipt of syringes for collecting gas samples during the test. (On order - PR 10097)

Revision 1 review and approval is pending system functional testing to verify the procedure.

313-1D HANDLING AND LOADING OF NUPAC CASK MODEL NUMBER PAS-2 ACTION -Procedure drafted. Word processing required.

-Bob Fraser has the procedure and will take action to get it approved.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS DESIGN BASIS REPORT

-The PASS design basis has been issued for the initial review. The System Engineer reviewed the draft and provided comments to the Design Engineer.

Page 5 of 5 TRAINING ACTION -A list of personnel to be trained on PASS needs to be established and a method developed to document and schedule the. training. Coordinate with TRAINING.

-Class room training was conducted on 4/17/87.

SPARE PARTS ACTION -A list of required spare parts must be developed and a Purchase Request generated to order them.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ACTION -A Preventive Maintenance program must be developed for the appropriate PASS components.

PASS COMMITMENTS ACTION -SMUD commitments to the NRC must be revised to refelect the capabilities of the PASS.

-Licensing has completed a draft of the  !

transmittal and routed it for comment. l PAINTING ACTION -A work request will be written to have the room painted which houses the PASS control panel.

-Work Request 131290 was written to have the bottom l of the SCAS panel. cleaned and painted. l DUCTWORK ACTION -Ductwork must be installed to contain miscellaneous wires in the vicinity of the IGE and MCA.
