Dear Dr. Bryan:

Last Wednesday Messrs Deek and Case of your office telephoned me on matters concerning my report on the Bodega Head Power Plant problem and asked that I attend a conference of consult-ants in your Bethesda office on Tueday September 17. This I agreed to do.

I have made plans to leave Seattle early on Thursday September 12 with Mrs. Neumann and visit relatives and friends in Baltimore.

My address there will be e/o Mrs. B. B. Sunderland, 5 Dutton Ave.,

Catonsville 28, Md.; telephone (Ridgeway) RI7-1585. I am planning to be in Bethesda on the evenin6s of September 16 and 17, then re-turn to Baltimore. The date of returning to Seattle is indefinite, possible as late as September 23.

The travel agent hero will sell us two first class round trip tick'ets (UAL) and accept my GTR for coach accommodations in partial payment of the actual cost of two first class tickets purchased on the family plan (about $8 less than two coach tickets). I shall, of course , bill the AEC for only the expenses involved in my attending the conference.

If you know of any reason why this plan should be changed please let me know at your earliest convenience remembering, of course, that we are planning to leave Seattle early on the 12th.
