Dear Mr. Grimsley:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (5USC552), I hereby request the following information.
In a memorandum from the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, to Commissioner Ahearne, dated February 10,1982, on Design and Construction Assurance for Upcoming Operating License (OL) Cases (PDR accession number 8203030162), reference was made to meetings with several near-term OL applicants on their ovaluation of design and construction adequacy. We request copies of the minutes of meetings on such evaluation of design and construction adequacy between the NRC staff and the following utilities that were OL applicants at that time: Commonwealth Edison (LaSalle); Southern California Edison (San Onofre 2/3); Mississippi Power & Light (Grand Guif);
and Pennsylvania Power & Light (Susquehanna 1/2).
