Materials for BWR/6 Alternate AC Task Force Meeting We appreciate the opportunity of meeting with the Staff on February 14, 1989. This meeting willfollow up on our earlier discussions in which we introduced a standard Alternate AC approach for BWR reactors that have HPCS systems. In this meeting we would like to present our approach in greater detail and once again make sure it is in agreement with the NRC's expectations.
In order to facilitate our discussion, I am enclosing a DRAFT copy of the report we prepared to document conformance of the HPCS division to the NUMARC87-00 AACcriteria. We encourage all participants to acquaint themselves with this document prior to the Tuesday meeting.
