RAI4.2-1 The staff discussed the BWRVIP-74-A, "BWR Vessel and Internals Project, BWR Reactor Pressure Vessel Inspection and Flaw Evaluation Guidelines for License Renewal," equivalent margins analysis (EMA) data does not include ASME Code, Section II, SA-50B alloy steel or carbon steel. The applicant informed the staff that General Electric (GE) drafted a letter that includes SA-50B in the acceptance criteria. | |||
