MEMORANDUM TO FILE: TRANSCRIPT FOR 10 CFR 2.206 PETITION FROM BEYOND NUCLEAR (ET. AL.) REGARDING GENERAL ELECTRIC MARK I AND MARK II BOILING-WATER REACTORS (TAC NO. MF1176)
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide, and make available to the public, a transcript associated with the petition submitted by Beyond Nuclear (et. al.) regarding the General Electric Mark I and Mark Boiling-Water Reactors. The petition was submitted pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.206. The enclosure contains the transcript from the petitioners second opportunity to address the petition review board, which occurred on September 30, 2013. The transcript has been corrected, based on review by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff. Areas where corrections were made to the original transcript are marked in square brackets. The original transcript is contained in Agencywide Documents and Management System Accession No. ML13297A089.
