LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 04-B6 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: This is a pre-licensing meeting with Energy Northwest (EN, the licensee) to discuss the proposed installation of a digital Power Range Neutron Monitoring System (PRNMS), Average Power Range Monitor/Rod Block MonitorlTechnical Specifications (ARTS), and Maximum Extended Load Line Limit Analysis (MELLLA) license amendment request for Columbia Generating Station.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
