ENCLOSURE 2 TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION January 12, 2011 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the staff) and representatives of Energy Northwest, held telephone conference calls on January 12, 2011, to discuss the following responses to requests for additional information (RAIs) concerning the Columbia Generating Station, license renewal application (LRA).

RAI B.2.14-1 Discussion: The staff discussed with the applicant issues with six programs that were submitted in the LRA as One Time Inspection Program, which are to be amended and become plant specific programs. The staff also discussed review and evaluation of the aging management program elements for each of the plant specific programs.

The applicant discussed revising their response to the RAI.
