TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATIONS February 14, 2011 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the staff) and representatives of Energy Northwest, held a telephone conference call on February 14, 2011, to discuss the following responses to the request for additional information (RAI) concerning the Columbia Generating Station license renewal application.

Response to RAI 4.2-1 and RAI 4.2-2 Discussion: The staff discussed clarifying items in the applicant's response to the RAls regarding adjusted reference temperature (ART) and upper shelf energy (USE) values for N6 and N12 nozzles. The applicant discussed no other commitments will be provided in the response to the RAls. The staff understands the applicant's response and discussed drafting additional RAls.
