LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Two White Flint North Room T-7A1 11545 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting is for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to discuss potential impacts on the site resulting from remediation activities that the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is undertaking in the owner-controlled area at Columbia Generating Station.

Energy Northwest, the licensee, plans to submit a license amendment request to address the impacts of the remediation activities.

CATEGORY 1*: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

Preliminary information will be discussed at specified times during this meeting and those portions of the meeting will be closed to members of the public.
