SER Open Item 01 B.1.4-1, "Operating Experience" Discussion:

The applicant discussed the draft request for additional information (RAI) related to operating experience.

The staff clarified the draft RAI and expects a response.

The staff will not issue another RAt.

SER Open Item 01 4.3-1, "Metal Fatigue" Discussion:

The applicant provided preliminary values for the staff's questions as a result of the metal fatigue audit.

The staff determined the preliminary values are appropriate; however, the responses would have to be verified and submitted formally.

The staff will not issue another RAI.
