SER Open Item 01 4.2-1! "Upper Shelf Energy" Discussion:

The staff discussed its review of the data provided by the USE response and had concern that the initial USE value may not be conservative.

The applicant understands the staffs concerns and will provide a supplemental response that will include plant-specific values for comparison.

The staff will not issue another RAI.
