79-2 (B) Ilydraulic fluid, used to control the main turbine governor valves and trip valves had begun to leak from a joint in the EHC pump discharge header several days earlier. The unit was shutdown over the weekend to facilitate maintenance. The joint was rewelded and the unit was returned to service after 7.2 hours.
