April 28, 1998 0159 Pressurizer power operated relief valve (PORV)

.2-RC-PCV-2456 lifted twice upon starting of the "C" reactor coolant pump. RCS pressure was subsequently stabilized below the PORV lift setpoint and the~PORV reseated. A Special Report is being submitted in accordance with Technical Specifications 3.4.9.3 and 6.9.2f.
