ERif
.IllIlf ERlB May 1,1999 0000 Began the month in Mode 1,100% power,960 MWe.
May 14,1999 0338 Pressurizer Power-Operated Relief Valve (PORV),2-RC-PCV-2455C, opened due to pressurizer master pressure controller failure causing reactor coolant system (RCS) pressure to decrease to 2150 psig. Entered Technical Specification 3.2.5 Action for pressurizer pressure dropping below 2205 psig.
Entered Abnormal Procedure 2-AP-44, Loss of Reactor Coolant System Pressure. Manually closed the PORV and placed the master pressure controller in manual to control RCS pressure.
0342 RCS pressure was returned to greater than 2205 psig. Technical Specification 3.2.5 Action was cleared.
0343 2-AP-44 was exited.
1506 The pressurizer master pressure controller was returned to automatic following replacement of three control cards.
