Report of changes in facility personnel as required by Section 6.7.c.3 of OSTR Technical Specifications In a letter to you dated November 21, 1986, we informed you of certain changes in facility personnel as required by Section 6.7.c.3 of the OSTR Technical Specifications. At the conclusion of our November 21 letter, we committed to advising you of further personnel changes, particularly with respect to the university's actions regarding making appointments to permanently fill positions designated as acting in our November 21 letter. The purpose of this letter is to update university personnel changes regarding two of the previously designated acting positions.

In our earlier letter, Arthur G. Johnson was designated as acting director of the Radiation Center and acting OSTR reactor administrator.

For your official records, the acting title has been removed from both of these positions. All other positions listed in our November 21, 1986 letter continue to be filled by the same individuals.

We are presently in the process of recruiting for a senior health i physicist to assist Dr. Brian Dodd, who is presently acting in this position.
