Report of changes in facility personnel as required by Section 6.7.c.3 of OSTR Technical Specifications Gentlemen:
Section 6.1.b of the OSTR Technical Specifications provides a block diagram of the University's administrative structure for the OSTR. As a result of the resignation of Dr. Clifford V. Smith, Jr. (Director of the Radiation Center and OSTR Reactor Administrator) and as required by the Technical Specification requirement cited above, we are reporting changes in facility personnel made in response to Dr. Smith's resignation.
Effective August 15, 1986, the following changes will be made in OSTR organizational positions vacated by Dr. Smith's departure.
