Gentlemen:

I am writing to inform you that Mr. Terrance V. Anderson, who holds NRC Senior Reactor Operator license # SOP-764-12, Docket No. 55-2341, retired July 31, 1994 after 28 years of service to the University as the OSTR Reactor Supervisor. Since Mr. Anderson no longer needs his Senior Reactor Operator's license, I would like to request that it be terminated effective August 1, 1994.

Should there be any questions about this matter, I would be pleased to provide whatever additional information you need.
