The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a transition of an SRO license to inactive status.

The Senior Reactor Operator license No. SOP-50284-1 of Dr. Jack F. Higginbotham became inactive on December 31,1998 since Dr. Higginbotham did not meet the operational requirements of the OSTR requalification plan during 1998.
