Minor changes to the Physical Security Plan of the Oregon State University TRIGA Reactor (OSTR), License flo. R-106, Docket fio. 50-243 Gentlemen:

In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p), we would like to report several relatively minor changes made to the physical security plan for the OSTR without prior fiRC approval. We have reviewed each change and have concluded that in no case is the safeguards effective-ness of the plan reduced by any of the changes'. The specific changes are described below:
