Gentlemen:
I am writing to inf, m you that Dr. Stephen E. Binney, who holds NRC Senior Reactor Operator license / 40P 3421-5,has chosen not to renew his license when it expires on January 15,1995. During the interim period before the actual expiration date of the license, Dr. Binney will not participate in our reactor operator requalification program and thus his license to operate the OSTR will go into an inactive state and he will not serve as a reactor operator.
1 We are submitting this information to keep you advised of Dr. Binney's plans as they relate I to his NRC Senior Reactor Operator's license, if there are any changes to these current plans we willlet you know. Should there be any questions, I would be pleased to provide whatever additionalinformation you need.
