This refers to the inspection conducted on May 10-13,1999, at your Radiation Center

TRIGA Mark-Il Reactor Facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that

inspection.

Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within these areas, the

inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, <

interviews with personnel, and observations of activities in progress.
