This refers to the inspection conducted on November 30 - December 3,1998, nt your Radiation

Center TRIGA Mark-Il Reactor Facility. The inspection included a review of activities authorized

for your facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.

Various aspects of your safety program were inspected including selective examinations of

procedures and representative records, and interviews with personnel. Based on the results of

this inspection, no significant safety issues were identified.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and ;ts

enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. I
