Report of changes in facility personnel as required by Section 6.7.c.3 of OSTR Technical Specifications In a letter to you dated August 8, 1986, we informed you of certain changes in facility personnel as required by Section 6.7.c.3 of the OSTR Technical Specifications. At the conclusion of our August 8 letter, we committed to advising you of any further personnel changes. In keeping with that commitment and in accordance with the previously referenced requirements in our Technical Specifications, we are providing you with the following update regarding personnel and positions which relate to the Oregon State University TRIGA Reactor. Several of these personnel changes have been reported to you earlier; however, since our August letter the university has appointed Dr. L. Edwin Coate as the new Vice President for Finance +1d Administration. Dr. Coate will assume the responsibilities for this position from Dr. T. D. Parsons, who is retiring from the university.

In addition, at the Radiation Center we have appointed Dr. Brian Dodd as Acting Senior Health Physicist (for the Radiation Center) on an interim basis until we fill the position permanently.
