In response to the above referenced regulatory requirement, Oregon State University hereby submits ten copies of a completely revised emergency response plan for the OSTR and associated facilities.

This plan has been prepared in accordance with all applicable Commission guidance on emergency response planning for research reactors, and we sincerely hope we have addressed all pertinent issues.
