- moon with the Reactor Administrator, Jack lligginbotham, notifying you that we will perform a full investigation to find the most basic root cause of the failure to scram on demand which occurred this morning. We are developing corrective actions along the lines discussed in your telephone conversation.
We have also held a meeting of our Reactor Operations Committee this afternoon. The Reactor Operations Conunittee confmned the decision that we will not restart this facility
