I am writing to inform you that Mr. Jung Soo Bae, who holds NRC Reactor Operator license
- 0P-70090, Docket No. 55-70155, resigned his position efTective Nos ember 30,1995. Mr. Bae has now graduated with his master's degree from OSU and has left us to go on for his Ph.D. at Kansas State University. Since Mr. Bae no longer needs his Reactor Operator's license, I would like to request that it be terminated effective December 1,1995.
