The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment Nc.16 to Amended Facility Operating License No. R 106 for the Oregon State University TRIGA Research Reactor. The amendment consists of changes to the technical specifications (TSs) in response to your submittal of November 25,1997, as supplemented on December 19,1997.
