There was one significant power reduction arxl one reactor trip during die renth of July.

On July 13, power was raiuoed on Unit:1 to replace the 1A corxiensate panp notor.

Also, it was necessary to' replace a leaking oll sight glass on the IB cordensate panp motor. The_ unit was returned to full power operation on July' 18.

At 2218 on July 20, the reactor was manually tripped followird the automatic.

trip of the 1A steam generator feed punip (SGFp)'. 'Ihe SGFp turbine tripped on overspeed due to the- failure of. the speed sensor converter The reactor was tripyxl manually in anticipation of an automatic reactor ti p.= The unit was- -

synchronized to the grid at 0446 on July 24 tuxt returned _ to full power on July 25.

'Ihere were no other unit shutdowns or significant power reductions during the month of July.

'Ihe following major safety-related am.intenance was' perforined dura.c the month of July:

1. Hiscellaneous corrective and preventive maintenance was perfonned on the diesel generators.

2.

Adjust.seents were unde to the 1D service water panp lubricating water supply regulating valve.

3. The pinion gear' was replaced 'on' the 10 service water panp "A" train Ixwer supply breaker DK-05.
