3.0 GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR SHIFT ROTATIONS / REASSIGNMENTS 3.1 Performance of the operating crew accepting personnel change (Peer evaluations, Training performance, Observations, CRs, Events, Crew Experience Level).

3.2 - The impact of the individual's performance to the operating crew (Teamwork, behaviors, overall performance rating).

3.3 Observations of individual's performance in training / simulator environment.

3.5 Evaluation of crew changes with affected crew supervision.

3.6 Development of an action plan for transitions.

4.0 MAIN CONTROL ROOM CONSIDERATIONS FOR SHIFT ROTATIONS AND l REASSIGNMENTS: - l 4.1 For Rotations / Reassignments involving ONE team member (SRO/RO) consider the following:

l 4.1.1 Completion of Forty hour qualification for license reactivation.

4.1.2 Participation in one cycle of requalification training with new crew prior to l pe.manent assignment.

4.1.3 For supervisory personnel changes, a one to two week turnover period on shift.

4.1.4 Discussion of expectations and practices per the Operations Manual and the p Operations Manager.

Control Room crew or entire crew as appropriate.

5.0 ROTATION / REASSIGNMENT VALIDATION 5.1 Following the new crew rotation / reassignment (s), Operations Management and peers should observe crew performance through the use of training observations and the work observation program.

5.2 Shift Management and Operations Management should discuss crew composure routinely and validate personnel assignment effectiveness.

5.3 " Crew Composition / Performance" should be evaluated in Operations Department yearly assessment process.
