Unit 2 at fall power

It was discovered that a blocking work pemit applied to the ceron root valve

for the "B" P.ecirc puap difforcatial pressare switches for the repair of a val bicek had not been cleared prior to reactor operation. These switches supply y

J infornation to the LPCI loop seicetion logic as to which pu::pa are running.

Cerrective Action:
